  I was pleased to find the Cafe Restaurant Reina in Lugo as Vegetarian Restaurants are rare in Spain. My first visit was on Friday 12th May but as I was busy it was late when I got there and they had finished serving meals but they had some Vegetarian Pasta left w hich they heated up for me and it was delicious, Next day 13th may and had a delicious Tomato Soup followed by a sweet and savoury Vegetable Couus Cous and dessert was a banana Flan. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend Reina to everyone but especially to Vegetarians.

  Delicious lunch! Exactly the kind of healthy, satisfying meal I was looking for. Vegan, gluten-free options, and organic. Very nice (non-English-speaking) service and pleasant outdoor seating. Soup was a 10.

  Very tasty organic vegan menu with water for 10 euros. 1st visit got red bean soup, seaweed pie, avocado musse. 2nd visit got lental creme, veggi burger, banana musse. All excellent!

  Café Reina is a special place in Lugo. They offer (as far as I’ve seen and heard in my week stay) the only vegetarian/vegan option for menú del día in the city. Soups, lentils, bulgur, millet, homemade desserts in a friendly atmosphere. Thankful to have found this spot, not only for its food but for the relaxed, chill space where I have gone to read, write, and catch up on things (free WiFi!).
