  A fully intact Roman wall surrounds the old city of Lugo. It gives a magical, mystical air to this place, for sure. Walking around the city on the wall gives you a breathtaking view of the cathedral as you approach the Puerta De Santiago, where pilgrims depart towards Santiago. During the day, during the night, there are always people walking, running, taking their dogs for walks, taking in the magic and history of this place.
