  Lovely hotel in the heart of Lugo. Rooms are tidy and presentable. Staff are helpful and do their best to speak English. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide range of food and drink.

  The location was very good, however it was a disappointing experience. The rooms are closer to a 2-3* stars hotel, very outdated and with horrible pillows.

  The air conditioning did not work well. It was colder outside than inside and the toilet stopped working. When I called to have it checked on, a member of the kitchen staff brought me a plastic container to fill with water in order to flush the toilet. When I went downstairs to ask for another room the front desk clerk said that there was only one room left and it was worse (he was right it reeked of cigarette smoke). The clerk then told me I should have checked the toilet more carefully! Other Google users have given this place which builds itself as a modern hotel 4 stars, I'm sorry I can't do the same.
