  The only 4 star hotel in Lugo. Taxis are available in front of this hotel. Opens 24/7. The staff is really good and professional. Had great experience. Located just few minutes walk away from city center.

  Probably the best hotel in town, but most definitely not a 4* hotel by international standards, but probably is by Lugo standards. No pool, gym or spa which are accepted globally as 4 *. This hotel is showing her age and she is well overdue for an update to 21st century standards. Electrical plugs are very insufficient for the modern traveller and in many cases electrical outlets are actually not safe. Double glazing is antiquated, but at least there is double glazing. Heating is good. Underground parking with generous parking places, but a tortuous route down four levels. Staff are polite, professional and cheerful, English is spoken by nearly all the staff. Lugo is a bit stuck in time so I was not expecting a Kempinski, but it was adequate. Suites are a good size, but need to be opened out into open “junior” suites instead of small individual component rooms. Very close to the ancient Roman walled city and the many seafood restaurants. We have stayed in a few hotels in Lugo and this counts as the best so far.
